Do you provide the alcohol?

As per Oregon law regulations, we do not provide alcoholic beverages as part of our services. However, fear not! Our dedicated team is here to assist you in every aspect of your event planning, including calculating the quantities of beverages you'll need for your gathering.

We are available for pop-ups, markets and other public events. We love to collaborate and we’d love to hear from you! Please Contact us to discuss the details of your event.

(Please note) In most cases, we will need at least three  weeks advance notice in order to get proper approval from the OLCC to provide this service.

What are the differences in Packages?​

​

1. Thumbs Up:

Want to host your guests? We’ll pour your beer, pop your champagne, serve your wine, and mix up your cocktails! Alcohol is not provided in this package, but you will save money providing your own supply! Don't worry, we will provide you with an alcohol shopping list based on your final headcount and guest preferences so you’ll know exactly what to buy. We provide all of the NA Beverages, mixers and garnishes, ensuring your cocktails are carefully crafted and delicious!

2. The Hitchhiker:

Want a cash bar? Don’t want to worry about buying any drink supplies? This is the option for you! You’ll choose from our thoughtfully curated menu of beer, wine, and cocktails and we’ll show up to your event fully loaded and ready to serve your guests!​

What are your signature cocktails?

We offer personalized drink menus crafted exclusively for your special occasion. Explore our signature drinks from our custom menu, or let your imagination run wild as you create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. The bar is set, and the possibilities are endless!

What types of events do you serve?

​

Our mobile bar is versatile and suitable for a wide range of events, including weddings, birthdays, corporate gatherings, anniversaries, and more. Whether it's an intimate cocktail party or a large-scale celebration, our mobile bar can be adapted to suit any occasion.

 How does the booking process work? 

​

The booking process is easy. The first step is contacting us! Once we confirm availability we will send a welcome email that outlines our services and pricing. Or choose to set up a complimentary 30 minute phone-call to discuss your event details, preferences, and any specific requirements. Once we have all the information, we'll provide you with an agreement to sign. Upon confirmation, an invoice will be sent to place a 50% deposit to secure the date. The drink menu planning will strat 60 days prior to your event!

 

Where are you located? Will you Travel?

We are based in Bend, Oregon.  We travel for free within a 30 mile radius in Oregon.  If your event is outside of the 30 miles, we charge a $1.50 round-trip travel fee.  We generally cap our travel distance at 100 miles one way.  If your event is outside of this distance feel free to reach out still, we may be up for some travel!
